Summer term extra-curricular clubs will be starting from 4th May 2021 for 10 weeks.

HOW TO BOOK-CLUBS RUN BY SCHOOL STAFF
To book a place please log in to your child’s ParentPay account. If a place is available, you will be able to make a payment and this will secure your child’s place. Please note we do not confirm club spaces, your Parent Pay payment means your child has a space.
HOW TO BOOK-CLUBS RUN BY EXTERNAL PROVIDERS
External club letters give details of how to book/pay for your child’s place with the Club Provider.
Once you book/pay for a club you have paid for the block of 10 sessions. If you have booked a club and your child does not attend for any reason, please let the school office know so we can account for their whereabouts (unless you have already informed us of their absence that day).
We politely request that you are considerate of others when booking clubs. Please only book your child onto one club or block each term to give other children a chance to experience them. Please be fair and kind.
Where clubs have a low take-up then we may need to cancel this Club. We apologise if this is the case and will avoid doing this wherever possible. Sometimes due to staffing, it will be unavoidable.
PICKING UP FROM AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS
Please see the Club Schedule for full details of locations and collection points. Collection points vary between the field and front gate. Please wait off site or just within the main gate and remember to maintain distance from other parents. The Club leader will release the children out to you. Please remember that we ask all children are collected from Clubs including Year 5 & 6 children who may normally walk home.
We do not run clubs for EYFS children until the summer term. This ensures that our new children have time to settle into school.
