Throughout the year we run a Junior Chefs Club, run by our Kitchen Chefs from Catering Academy. Participants will undertake a series of cookery modules, designed to teach them the skills required to cook an entire meal at home for their family. Each child is given a culinary passport where they collect stamps at each stage - the group above have been learning how to peel and prepare root vegetables. We hope the club produces some budding Chefs in the making!
